3. PAYMENT: 50% is due upon signing, and 50% is due upon completion and approval.

4. DELIVERY: Upon receipt of full payment, the work will be shipped (a tracking number will be provided by email).

FINE PRINT

  1. Commissions are scheduled based on the order they are received.
  2. Corporate and commercial commissions may require a statement of work.
  3. For on-location commissions, please contact us.
  4. International collectors and project owners are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes.

PROCESS

The commission process requires a great deal of collaboration up-front. Once under way, your level of involvement is up to you.

Here is an overview of the process:

1. IMAGE: You will brief Deborah on your own goals and requirements. Deborah will create a visual strip showcasing 3-5 potential compositions and send them to you via email for review and approval.

2. INFORMATION: Simultaneously, we will send you an email questionnaire to gather more information about the piece we are creating.

3. SOURCING: If your commission involves collage, I will email you a visual layout of the proposed collage composition, with a detailed explanation of each element for your review and approval.

4. CREATION: Once the composition is chosen, and (if applicable) the collage elements are approved, Deborah will begin creating.

5. UPDATES: You can choose to receive frequent visual updates by email throughout the process.

6. APPROVAL: Deborah will send a visual preview of your painting for approval, prior to signing.

7. RECAP: For providence and artistic integrity, depending on the commission, the completed process may be outlined in-depth, featuring photos, commentary and a time lapse video that may also be shared for media interest.
